Appointments are scheduled by phone.  Day and evening appointments are available.  Call and leave your contact information on the confidential voice mail and Dr. Godley will promptly return your call.  Our office will bill most health insurances as a courtesy.  However, payment is the responsibility of the client.  You are encouraged to contact your insurance company to determine the level of reimbursement you will receive with your program and to learn if special arrangements or pre-certifications are necessary.
